Saturday I went to Ursiris college to a climate control weekend. The performer of the event was Dar Williams. I arrived and dropped off the merch. Caught up with Dar and Andy Revkin. We went to the organic banquet and I had fish, salad and Veggies. The Dar show was great and included new Dar songs. The set list was varied and the audience included new and old Dar fans. New ones giggle at the quirky or humorous lines in songs like the Babysitter or Christians and Pagans. Dar was in sharp humor and covered her independent bookstore flub by called Barnes and Noble, Delia Barnes and Ella Noble, partners in life and bookstore who went national.
Dar played a full set and after the show signed cds. I stayed til she was leaving and i drove the 2.5 hours home, getting home after 1am and getting to bed after 3am
