i was in class tonight and out of my mouth came the following idea
for clients on public entitlements, they should get a prompt when they swipe their card that they have 90 days to renew, or 60 days to renew or 30 days to make their recertification appointment... it would happen each time they swipe the card. and they would have to click... Read before they could deduct food stamps or get their monies.. therefore the Administration would have a record that they got the message and were alerted to recertify..
i cant believe i am the first person to think of this.
