the gladitor show with pagentry and style and food, lots of different food and a secret ingredient and 2 chefs squaring off for 5 dishes....
i cant get enough.. i love Iron Chef America but its on opposite desparate housewives .. s i see teh repeats on saturday.... I love the commentary and play by play.. watch those sous chef in the background doing some real work...
sakai, the greatest japanese chef is like Johnny cash.. he uses simple things and has the most stunning knife skills
then there is Bartali... with his italian american nouveau cuisine...
and Bobby Flay, like larry bird, he can trash talk and put up when it counts..
he hits the threes...over and over but you have to tolerate him...
