sr rose thering- another hero

I heard an npr interview with Sr Rose Thering who is subject of a documentary being nominated for an academy award. The film called Sr Rose's Passion is about her lifelong work as a nun working on reviewing the literature taught in church classes to kids that speak negatively and are antisemitic to Jews. She began to work on the myths and undocumented history that JEws killed Jesus and all extension of that teaching

Sr Rose lives in a metro jewish assisted living center in NJ and was appointed by Governor Keane to a commission that recommended Holocaust education mandatory in all NJ schools. Sr Rose has a "jewish heart" in her midwest Wisconsin 84 year old body...

she has a center at seton hall named for her...
